The corner of 13th & P was once the home of the Douglas Theatre Company’s “Cinema Twin” and later served as their corporate office. The total transformation into the specialty spaces that are Fly Fitness & Brown Law required the grand vision of the owners. Peace Studio Architects collaborated with Cheever Construction to deliver this owners vision.
